As a member of the Arneca Awards Jury; I acknowledge that I voluntarily and of my own free will participate as a Jury member within the scope of Arneca Awards 2025 ("Event"), which is organized with the aims of highlighting, exemplifying, appreciating and rewarding the best projects, applications and business models;

Before and/or during the Event, Intellectual Property Rights legally used/processed by project members applying to the Event, project information, project videos, project documents, project descriptions, project outputs ("Project Information"), personal data, experience, know-how, trade secrets, and all other innovations, commercial, financial, technical, legal and all other types of information, as well as all conditions, terms or other facts related to the Event are referred to as "Confidential Information". I will use, process, store, and protect the Confidential Information only in a limited and proportionate manner in connection with my duties and obligations as a jury member in the Event, and will not share it with third parties or organizations domestically or abroad;

Upon request by Arneca Technologies or in any case at the end of the Event, I will immediately delete, destroy or dispose of all Confidential Information without keeping any copies (including digital copies) in my possession;

Regarding the Confidential Information I will obtain about Arneca Technologies, which has publicly traded partnership status, within the scope of the Event, I will comply with all relevant legal regulations, primarily the applicable Capital Markets Law and secondary regulations, including insider trading, and will not make any disposition regarding the information I acquire within the scope of the Event; I acknowledge that I have been informed about the criminal and administrative sanctions arising from relevant laws in case of violation of this commitment and that I understand the risks I will face; I have been informed that I am included in the lists of persons who have access to insider information of publicly traded Arneca Technologies within the scope of the Event;

I will comply with the legal regulations I must follow as a Jury Member within the scope of the Event and Arneca Technologies Business Ethics Rules and Policies;

In the event that the Confidential Information I have obtained and will obtain is disclosed, shared, lost, or otherwise leaves my possession or becomes accessible to third parties, whether within or outside my fault, negligence or intent, I will immediately share the situation in writing with Arneca Technologies;

Intellectual Property Rights: (i) I will not, under any circumstances, violate the Intellectual Property Rights of the Project Member, any third party and/or Sabancı Group; (ii) All Intellectual Property Rights and ownership of any digital and physical creations, documents, materials, etc. products or services ("Output") I create during and in connection with the Event shall belong exclusively, unconditionally and without time limit, with worldwide validity, to Arneca Technologies; (iv) I will transfer to Arneca Technologies, unconditionally and without time limit, with worldwide validity, free from all rights belonging to third parties, all economic rights and rights to exercise moral rights on all types of Outputs that can be defined as Works under Law No. 5846 on the Protection of Intellectual and Artistic Works; and (v) Upon request by Arneca Technologies, I will irrevocably and immediately execute and deliver all kinds of transactions necessary for Arneca Technologies to own the economic rights and the right to exercise moral rights, especially all kinds of means necessary for the creation of the right;

I have read the above articles and will comply with them, I will be individually responsible in proportion to my fault for damages arising from my non-compliance with the above provisions, I will not share with third parties or organizations domestically or abroad, and I will immediately fulfill the relevant request if Arneca Technologies requests the deletion of personal data I will acquire;
